Another excellent knife by Canada Cutlery Ltd.

I have one of these knives. I have the 12" and the 14" Granton edge slicers. They are of amazing (and I mean outclassing even what many counsel as the "best knives on the market." These really do happen to be the best knives on the market. I should know: I'm a professional meatcutter and I use these knives at my place of employment. Well done, Canada Cutlery!
